The BAPI BA/ZPMB-HR-AT-ND-BB is a field-configurable Zone Pressure Multi-Sensor (ZPM) in BAPI’s IP66-rated BAPI-Box enclosure. This is the High Range model with five selectable unidirectional pressure ranges up to 0 to 30.0” WC and three field-selectable outputs (4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC). Output, range, units (inches WC or Pascals), response time, and direction are all set via DIP switches without powering the unit. This configuration ships complete with the attached 6” aluminum static pressure probe in a cost-optimized configuration without the optional LCD display.
Five Switch-Selectable Ranges
DIP switches SW3–SW5 select between five high range pressure ranges up to 0 to 30.0” WC. Switch SW6 toggles inches WC or Pascals. No re-ordering, no re-stocking, no re-calibration for range changes.
Three Output Types, One SKU
Switches SW1 & SW2 select 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC output. Powered from 13–40 VDC (4-20 mA) or 7–40 VDC / 18–28 VAC (VDC outputs). Load resistance 850Ω max at 24 VDC for current output, 6 kΩ min for voltage output.
Attached Probe + Line-of-Sight LEDs
Ships with BAPI’s 6” aluminum static pressure probe pre-attached via tubing with surge damper — a complete duct assembly in one SKU. Three face-mounted status LEDs indicate Out-of-Range Low / In-Range / Out-of-Range High for the configured range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this BA/ZPMB-HR-AT-ND-BB be configured for bidirectional operation?
No. On High Range ZPMB units the SW8 direction switch is disabled and operation is permanently unidirectional. For bidirectional operation up to ±5” WC, use the Standard Range ZPMB model; for bidirectional operation up to ±1” WC, use the Low Range ZPMB model.
What is included with this attached-probe (-AT) variant?
The BA/ZPMB-HR-AT-ND-BB ships with the BAPI-Box pressure sensor, a 6” aluminum static pressure probe connected via tubing and a bulkhead fitting, a surge damper on the probe tube, four self-tapping mounting screws, cover latch screws, and deadhead tubing for the auto-zero procedure.
Can an LCD display be added to the BA/ZPMB-HR-AT-ND-BB later?
No, the display is factory-fitted. If on-board pressure readout is required, order the corresponding –D model: BA/ZPMB-HR-NT-D-BB (no probe, with display) or BA/ZPMB-HR-AT-D-BB (attached probe, with display). Three face-mounted status LEDs are still included on the no-display unit for basic in-range indication.
