Building automation carbon monoxide sensors can monitor multiple toxic gases in a single mounted unit. These sensors not only detect elevated gas levels but also alert occupants and allow direct control of exhaust fans. Features include network auto-configuration, programmable fan and alarm relays, LED indicators, an integrated display, and an audible alarm, ensuring prompt notification of potential issues. The analog output model adds flexibility with menu-selectable 0-5/10V, 1-5V, and 4-20mA outputs, while dual outputs support cost-effective sensing and control of large areas through daisy chain wiring.

The versatility of the BACnet/Modbus model extends to its support for BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU networks, simplifying integration with auto-configuration capabilities that detect network parameters. These sensors offer high reliability, minimizing callbacks, thanks to temperature-compensated elements for maximum accuracy and a UL2034 recognized electrochemical CO sensing element.
