The BAPI BA/ZPMB-LR-NT-ND-BB is a field-configurable Zone Pressure Multi-Sensor (ZPM) in BAPI’s IP66-rated BAPI-Box enclosure. This is the Low Range model with ten field-selectable pressure ranges up to ±1.00” WC (five unidirectional and five bidirectional, switchable via DIP switch SW8) and three field-selectable outputs (4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC). Output, range, units (inches WC or Pascals), response time, and direction are all set via DIP switches without powering the unit. This configuration includes the bulkhead fitting for a separately ordered static probe in a cost-optimized configuration without the optional LCD display.
Five Switch-Selectable Ranges
DIP switches SW3–SW5 select between five low range pressure ranges up to 0 to 1.00” WC. Switch SW6 toggles inches WC or Pascals, and SW8 switches between unidirectional and bidirectional operation. No re-ordering, no re-stocking, no re-calibration for range changes.
Three Output Types, One SKU
Switches SW1 & SW2 select 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC output. Powered from 13–40 VDC (4-20 mA) or 7–40 VDC / 18–28 VAC (VDC outputs). Load resistance 850Ω max at 24 VDC for current output, 6 kΩ min for voltage output.
Cost-Optimized with Status LEDs
No-display, no-probe configuration keeps the BAPI-Box form factor, IP66 rating, and field configurability while trimming cost for installations where the controller already shows live pressure. Bulkhead fitting is included for a separately ordered ZPS-ACC07 static probe or custom tubing runs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I select bidirectional vs. unidirectional mode on the BA/ZPMB-LR-NT-ND-BB?
DIP switch SW8 selects direction. In bidirectional mode a nominal 1” range becomes −1” to +1”; in unidirectional mode the same setting becomes 0” to +1”. Always perform the auto-zero procedure after changing SW8 or any other configuration switch.
Does this no-probe (-NT) variant include any probe hardware?
The BA/ZPMB-LR-NT-ND-BB includes the BAPI-Box pressure sensor with bulkhead fitting installed in the enclosure, four self-tapping mounting screws, cover latch screws, and deadhead tubing for auto-zero. A static pressure probe is not included — order the BA/ZPS-ACC07 (6” aluminum static probe) separately if required for the application.
Can an LCD display be added to the BA/ZPMB-LR-NT-ND-BB later?
No, the display is factory-fitted. If on-board pressure readout is required, order the corresponding –D model: BA/ZPMB-LR-NT-D-BB (no probe, with display) or BA/ZPMB-LR-AT-D-BB (attached probe, with display). Three face-mounted status LEDs are still included on the no-display unit for basic in-range indication.
