Belimo Damper Actuators — Spring Return, Fail-Safe & MFT

Belimo damper actuators are the most widely installed actuators in commercial HVAC — and for good reason. Brushless DC motors, electronic overload protection, and a 5-year warranty make them the most reliable product in their class. We stock spring return (fail-safe) and non-spring return models in on/off, floating point, and modulating control configurations.

Multi-Function Technology (MFT) models offer field-selectable control inputs and feedback signals, making them ideal for retrofit projects where you need to match an existing sequence without replacing controls. Belimo CCVs — The Go-To Control Valve for HVAC Coil Applications

The Belimo Characterized Control Valve (CCV) is one of the most-specified control valves in commercial HVAC. It combines the tight close-off of a ball valve with a specially engineered disc that produces a true equal percentage flow characteristic — the ideal curve for coil control in heating and cooling applications.

Available in 2-way and 3-way configurations from 1/2” through 3”, in standard and high-temperature versions, with a wide range of compatible rotary actuators. Bubble-tight close-off up to 200 PSI. Handles chilled water, hot water, and up to 60% glycol. A single 3-way CCV can handle both mixing and diverting applications.

Belimo fire and smoke damper actuators are UL-listed spring return actuators designed to close and hold fire and smoke dampers in the event of a power failure. When power is restored, the actuator automatically resets and reopens the damper — no manual reset required in most applications.

Available in 24V, 120V, and 230V configurations with torque ranges to suit any damper size. Belimo fire and smoke actuators meet NFPA 90A/90B requirements and are compatible with all major fire and smoke control systems. The Belimo Energy Valve — Flow Control, Energy Metering & IoT in One Device

The Belimo Energy Valve combines a pressure independent control valve, energy meter, Delta T manager, and IoT interface into a single device. It replaces what would otherwise require a control valve, flow meter, BTU meter, and differential pressure sensor — all wired separately and requiring individual commissioning.

The Energy Valve measures supply and return temperature, calculates real-time BTU consumption, enforces a minimum Delta T across the coil to protect chiller efficiency, and integrates directly to BMS via BACnet/IP or Modbus. Particularly effective in chilled water systems where low Delta T syndrome is reducing plant efficiency.
