The Belimo Fail-Safe actuator LF120 is designed for controlling dampers in typical commercial HVAC applications. Operating at a nominal voltage of AC 120V with a torque motor of 35 in-lb [4 Nm], this actuator offers On/Off control functionality. The Belimo LF120 operates with a reversible torque motor that enables fail-safe operation by providing spring return functionality. The damper actuator has a direction of motion switch for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, It offers an angle of rotation of up to 95° and has a running time of 75 seconds for a 90° rotation. The LF120 enclosure rating of IP54 and NEMA 2.
