How do I wire the 4-20 mA output?
This is the 2-wire loop-powered version. Wire the supply voltage (12-30 VDC) in series with the loop and the receiver's 4-20 mA input. The transmitter draws its power from the loop itself - no separate power supply or ground wire required. Simplest wiring of the four output options. Always de-energize power before wiring.
Does this version have a display?
No - this SKU is the no-display variant. The LED status indicator (power heartbeat, auto-zero complete, 110% over-pressure flash) is still present and visible through the enclosure. How do I install this in a duct without a probe?
This SKU is the no-probe variant. For duct-static measurement, you have two options: (1) Use the optional Senva RP-6 6-inch remote probe (sold separately) and run 1/8 in or 1/4 in ID tubing back to the transmitter's hose barbs - this lets the transmitter mount on a panel or wall while the probe sits in the duct. (2) Order the integrated-probe variant P4-0010-CB1XP instead, which ships with the probe pre-fitted to the back of the enclosure. Either way, form a drip-loop in the tubing to protect the sensor from condensation.
How do I zero the transmitter and what media can it measure?
The P4 is rated for dry, oil-free air and nitrogen (N2) only. To zero: with power applied and no pressure differential (or with the H and L ports temporarily tied together), press and hold the ZERO SET button for 2 seconds. The LED will flash momentarily on successful zero. The unit also supports remote auto-zero via a contact-closure input, useful for programmatic re-zeroing from the BAS.
