Differential Pressure Transmitters - Dry
Dry differential pressure transmitters output an analog signal (4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, or 0-10 VDC) proportional to the pressure difference between two air taps. Use them for building pressurization, filter status, duct static pressure, fume hood, and cleanroom containment applications. ZOT stocks ACI, BAPI, Belimo, Dwyer, Senva, Siemens, and Veris — most multi-range models cover 8-10 field-selectable subranges, so one part number fits many applications.
Pressure Range
Building / zone: ±0.1" to ±0.25" WC, bi-directional Filter status: 0-2.5" or 0-5" WC, uni-directional Duct static: 0-5" or 0-10" WC Cleanroom / fume hood: ±0.1" WC precision, bi-directional
Output Signal
4-20 mA: long wire runs (>500 ft), noisy environments, retrofit BAS 0-10 VDC: modern DDC, short runs, multi-input controllers 0-5 VDC: legacy 5V controllers Most stocked models offer all three, field-selectable.
Display
No display: lowest cost, BAS-only readout 3 or 5-color LED: at-a-glance filter or pressure status LCD: live numeric reading — best for commissioning and field troubleshooting
A Differential Low Pressure Transmitter is a device that senses the difference in pressure between two points and provides an analog output. Dry Differential Pressure Transmitters offer accurate measurements for various pressure ranges, such as 1", 5", 5" plus, 10", and 25" W.C., with selectable subranges. It is suitable for building (zone) pressure, filter measurement, and static duct applications. These transmitters feature optional LCD or LED indicators, with dual output options (0-5/10VDC, 4-20mA) and are non-position sensitive for easy placement. The selectable outputs and uni/bi directional readings help reduce inventory.
