Its flexible copper sensing element features continuous coverage along the entire length of the tube, ensuring more accurate average temperature measurements compared to single-point or multi-point sensors. Etched Teflon lead wires make it easy to identify sensor types, while 18 AWG wires minimize resistance for better performance. Built to last, these sensors are hermetically sealed to block moisture and contaminants. A foam pad is included to seal the duct and reduce vibrations during installation. Perfect for applications like rooftop units, air handlers, and duct monitoring (supply, discharge, return, or mixed air), the sensor’s length should match your duct's size.
