ACI A/CP-R : Room Temperature Sensor, 10K Type II Thermistor, No Setpoint, No Override, Color: Beige
The ACI Thermistor Room Series is designed to reduce self-heating, these enclosures feature a four-way airflow design. These units can be easily mounted over a single gang junction box or a hole in the wall using drywall anchors. The connection to your building management system is straightforward with screw terminal blocks. An optional 3.175 mm (1/8 in) Black foam pad with pressure-sensitive adhesive is available to insulate the sensor from thermal drafts.

Installation Instructions
- Mounting: Attach the base directly to the wall or a standard 2” x 4” junction box using the provided screws. Mount at a height of 48-60” (1.2-1.5 m) from the ground and at least 1.5’ (0.5 m) from adjacent walls.
- Optimal Placement: Avoid external walls, air registers, diffusers, vents, windows, and heat sources. Use a thermally-insulated backing for solid walls. Seal all wall and conduit penetrations to prevent air migration that could alter readings.
- Wiring: Use 16 to 26 AWG twisted pair wires or shielded cable, running separately from high voltage wires. Refer to wiring instructions for proper connections.
