The ACI A/WPR2-300-20-LCD is a remote wet to wet differential pressure transmitter for liquid and gas systems with a maximum line pressure of 300 psi. Two remote pressure sensors with 1/4-18 NPT male 304 stainless steel fittings connect to a NEMA 4X/IP66 enclosure through a 20-foot standard CMP-rated PVC cable harness, and the transmitter outputs a field-selectable 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC or 0-10 VDC signal across four uni-directional (0-300, 0-150, 0-75 and 0-30 psid) or bi-directional (+/-300, +/-150, +/-75 and +/-30 psid) ranges. This model has an LCD that shows high-side pressure, low-side pressure and differential pressure.
Remote mounting of the two sensors reduces installation time and provides mounting flexibility, often eliminating the need for additional plumbing and manifolds. Each sensor uses a ceramic capacitive sensing element with a stainless steel diaphragm and ships with a pressure snubber. The standard cable is Type CMP plenum-rated PVC (UL Standard 444, NEC Article 800). A push-button auto zero and a remote zero terminal cancel offsets from installation and sensor drift.
Differential pressure across pumps, compressors, filters and heat exchangers, and flow monitoring, on systems with a maximum line pressure above 100 psi and up to 300 psi. Choose this standard-cable version where Type CMP plenum-rated cable is required.

- Order the model by maximum line pressure, not by differential pressure.
- Zero the unit before the sensors are installed, with no pressure applied to either sensor.
- Wire SENSOR HIGH and SENSOR LOW to their matching terminal blocks. Do not interchange or replace the sensors; they are calibrated to the unit and changes void the warranty.
- Mount the sensors on the top or side of the pipe, not underneath. Use a pigtail siphon to keep media below 257°F (125°C).
- Change range or output switches only with power off.

Order by maximum line pressure, not differential pressure. The A/WPR2-300-20-LCD is the WPR2-300 model, for systems with a maximum line pressure above 100 psi and up to 300 psi.
Four uni-directional ranges (0-300, 0-150, 0-75 and 0-30 psid) or four bi-directional ranges (+/-300, +/-150, +/-75 and +/-30 psid), selected by DIP switch with power off. It ships in uni-directional mode. In bi-directional mode, zero differential gives 50% of the output signal.
It outputs 2-wire 4-20 mA, or 3-wire 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA, and ships set to 0-10 VDC. Supply is 18-36 VDC or 24 VAC for 4-20 mA output (20-36 VDC at a 500 ohm load), and 16-36 VDC or 24 VAC for voltage output.
No. The high and low sensors are calibrated to the unit they ship with. Do not interchange them or substitute other sensors; changes to the sensors void the product warranty.
After the 15-minute warm-up, remove pressure from both sensors, then press ZERO or short the ZERO terminal to COM for 2 seconds. The LCD shows the ZERO icon, which flashes twice when zeroing succeeds.
