What's Included
Factory recalibration of the customer's existing ACI DLP unit using NIST-traceable reference equipment, plus a new 3-Point NIST cert (10%, 50%, 90% FSO) documenting the as-found and as-left readings. The unit is returned to the customer after service.
When to Recalibrate
NIST-traceable instruments in regulated environments (pharma, semi, clean rooms, BSL labs, FDA-regulated processes) typically require periodic recalibration on a defined schedule - commonly annual, biennial, or per the facility's quality system. Recalibration is also recommended after the unit has been exposed to an over-range event, prolonged service in adverse conditions, or whenever there's a question about the calibration's continued validity.
Service Process
(1) Contact ZOT Supply to arrange the recalibration service. (2) Ship the customer's existing DLP unit to ACI in Middleton, Wisconsin. (3) ACI performs the factory recalibration and issues a new 3-Point NIST Certificate. (4) ACI ships the unit back to the customer with the new certificate.
