ZoneTight QCV zone valves suit large commercial buildings where higher close-off and the ability to change flow are needed. The valve fits space-restricted areas and assembles without tools. Flow is possible in both directions.

Belimo ZoneTight zone valves carry a 5-year warranty. If temperature exceeds the 212°F operating range due to a boiler control failure, the valve will safely contain the hot water but the manufacturer's warranty becomes invalid.
