The Belimo Z3075Q-J+CQKBUP-LL is a 3/4" NPT, 3-way diverting ZoneTight zone valve assembly: the Z3075Q-J forged brass ball valve (Cv 4.6, linear, 0% leakage, 40 psi close-off) with the CQKBUP-LL electrical fail-safe on/off actuator for AC 100...240 V supply. On power loss it drives to fail position 100% Open. The CQKBUP-LL actuator connects by 19 GA appliance cable, 1 m, with 1/2" NPT conduit connector, draws 2.5 W in operation and weighs 0.66 lb [0.30 kg].
Suited to large commercial buildings where higher close-off is desired. The rotary actuator switches the change-over valve on an on/off signal. The valve fits space-restricted areas and assembles without tools: the actuator plugs onto the valve by hand, and its mounting orientation can be turned in 180° increments.

Warranty
Belimo covers the valve and actuator with a 5-year warranty. The warranty becomes invalid if fluid temperature exceeds 212°F because of a boiler control failure: the valve will safely contain the hot water, but valve and actuator replacement is then at the expense of others.
