The Belimo Z3100QPF-J+CQKBUP-RR is a 1 in. press fit, 3-way diverting ZoneTight (QCV) zone valve assembled with an electronic fail-safe CQKBUP-RR actuator for on/off control with a fail position of 0% Close. The forged brass valve has a Cv of 4.4, a linear flow characteristic, 0% leakage and a 40 psi close-off pressure, and it is rated for chilled or hot water with up to 60% glycol from 36 to 212°F. The change-over valve is adjusted by the rotary actuator, which is controlled by an on/off signal. The actuator runs on AC 100...240 V (2.5 W in operation, 7 VA transformer sizing).
