The Caleffi Z56 is a 2-way motorized zone valve assembly featuring a 1" sweat valve body paired with a Z151000 normally closed spring-return actuator equipped with a screw terminal block. Designed for hydronic heating and cooling systems, it provides reliable on/off control and automatically closes when power is removed, ensuring dependable operation and system safety.
UL873, cULus Listed, and CE certified, the Z56 meets UL 1995 section 18 standards for air plenums and ducts. The actuator includes an integrated SPST auxiliary microswitch for feedback or interlock control. With its brass valve body, stainless steel stem, and EPDM seals, this assembly offers long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance in hydronic environments.
