The OPC-115V is a remote mount interface board that lets 115 VAC field wiring drive the inverter's 24 V DC digital inputs, and lets the inverter's transistor outputs switch 115 VAC or 24 V DC loads through relay contacts. It mounts on DIN rail or on a mounting plate.
Best for
- Retrofits where the existing control wiring is 115 VAC line voltage
- Panels that must keep 115 VAC control separate from the drive terminals
- Machines where relay contacts are needed to switch a load from a drive output
Key features
115 VAC to 24 V DC input conversion
8 AC inputs at 115 VAC, 8 mA per channel, each driving a relay coil that presents a 24 V DC input to the inverter.
Relay outputs both sides
4 relay outputs on the user side at 250 VAC 5 A or 24 VDC 5 A per channel, and 8 relay outputs on the inverter side at 24 VDC 20 mA per channel.
LED status per channel
A status LED is provided for each relay: red on the AC side, green on the DC side.
Remote mount
Mounts on DIN rail or on a mounting plate, away from the inverter.

Frequently asked questions
- What does the OPC-115V do?
- It converts 8 channels of 115 VAC user wiring into 24 V DC digital inputs for the inverter, and provides relay outputs on both the user side and the inverter side.
- What voltage are the OPC-115V inputs?
- The user side takes 115 VAC at 8 mA per channel, with a minimum ON voltage of 96 VAC and a maximum OFF voltage of 36 VAC. The inverter side takes 24 V DC at 12 mA per channel.
- What can the OPC-115V relay outputs switch?
- User side: 250 VAC 5 A or 24 VDC 5 A per channel across 4 relays. Inverter side: 24 VDC 20 mA per channel across 8 relays.
- How is the OPC-115V mounted?
- On DIN rail or on a mounting plate. The board measures 145 mm x 92 mm.
