The Senva CVT-F15M-3PH is a 3-phase kit of three flexible split-core Rogowski Current/Voltage Transducers (one black, one red, one blue) rated for the 1500A operating range (±1% of reading from 30–1500A (2–100% of rated current)) with a 15” (Medium) rope circumference and 3 ft lead length. The CVT senses both voltage and current, carries all high-voltage connections, and communicates digitally with Senva EM-PULSE and EM-RS485 meters (sold separately) for 1% total system accuracy, plug-and-play auto-recognition, and automatic scaling. Universally rated 90–600V, made in the USA by Senva, Inc. (Buy American Act, BABAA, ARRA, and TAA conformant).
Senva CVT-F15M-3PH Current/Voltage Transducer
The Current/Voltage Transducer (CVT) measures both voltage and current, communicating the data digitally to the EM Series meter via plug-in low-voltage connections — the meter itself stays entirely low-voltage. Each CVT is individually calibrated, and measurement accuracy travels with the transducer, a major advantage for auditing since the meter is not size-specific.
Digital communication provides superior noise immunity compared to traditional induced low-signal Rogowski wiring, and the flexible split-core coil installs around conductors without the saturation effects of iron-core sensors.
Best For
- Energy management and performance contracting
- Tenant submetering and activity-based costing in commercial and industrial facilities
- Real-time power monitoring and load shedding
- Energy audits and temporary monitoring
- Distributed generation and data center energy sensing
Key Features
Digitally Calibrated Accuracy
Individually calibrated for ±1% of reading from 30–1500A (2–100% of rated current) — accuracy travels with the CVT, so it can move between meters without recalibration. 1% total system accuracy with the EM meter.
All High Voltage at the CVT
The voltage taps and fuse-free connections are contained at the transducer, keeping the EM meter base entirely low-voltage — the safest, fastest install on the market.
Plug-and-Play Recognition
The EM meter digitally recognizes the CVT and scales automatically — no DIP switches, no CT ratios, no manual setup.
Superior Noise Immunity
Digital communication between CVT and meter outperforms traditional induced low-signal Rogowski wiring in electrically noisy environments.
15” Flexible Rogowski Coil
Lightweight medium-size split-core coil wraps conductors without saturation effects common to iron-core sensors — rated 1500A, universally rated 90–600V.
3-Phase Color-Coded Kit
Three CVTs — black, red, and blue — in one part number for clean, phase-identified 3-phase installs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which meters does the CVT-F15M-3PH work with?
Senva EM-PULSE and EM-RS485 (including the RPM version) meters only, sold separately. The CVT communicates digitally and is automatically recognized and scaled by the EM meter. It is not compatible with the Senva EMX, which uses standard 0.333V CTs and analog Rogowski coils instead.
What is included with the CVT-F15M-3PH?
Three color-coded CVTs — one black, one red, one blue — each with a 3 ft lead, covering all three phases of a service with clear phase identification.
Does the CVT require fusing?
Not for typical installs. Per UL 240.21 tap-rule guidance, CVT voltage reference runs under 10 ft require no overcurrent protection, and Senva ships no more than 10 ft of voltage reference wire per CVT. Runs over 20 ft require appropriate overcurrent protection, such as the CVT-FUSE kit.
Can I mix this CVT with other sizes on one meter?
Yes. Each EM meter channel independently recognizes its CVT and auto-scales, so different amperage ranges can be mixed per phase on a single meter.
Is the CVT-F15M-3PH Buy American Act compliant?
Yes. Senva CVT transducers are manufactured in the USA by Senva in Beaverton, Oregon, and conform to the Buy American Act, BABAA, ARRA Section 1605, and the TAA. The signed 2026 conformance declaration is in the documentation section above.
