The Stahlin Diamond Shield Series Enclosures offer unique internal equipment management capabilites to increase user flexibility while allowing for utilization of every cubic inch of valuable internal enclosure space.
The "HW" Configuration is set apart by its hinged design with 2 cover screws. Constructed from SolarGuard® hot compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, this configuration ensures a durable build. It features a poured polyurethane seamless gasket that guarantees a tight seal against water and dust. The design incorporates recessed screws, eliminating any protruding surfaces. External hardware is made of 300 Series stainless steel for durability. The configuration also includes mounting bosses for panel attachment and threaded brass inserts in all bosses, accommodating 10-32 screws (10-24 for the cover). The design's soft edges contribute to its functionality, ensuring rounded edges and minimal protrusions to prevent the accumulation of dust and debris during assembly.
