The Stahlin Diamond Shield Series Enclosures offer unique internal equipment management capabilites to increase user flexibility while allowing for utilization of every cubic inch of valuable internal enclosure space.
The "HPL" Configuration stands out for its hinged design with 2 lockable pull latches positioned in the corners to optimize mounting space. The construction involves the use of SolarGuard® hot compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester for the body and a clear polycarbonate cover with UV inhibitors. A seamless poured polyurethane gasket ensures a reliable watertight and dust-tight seal, while 300 Series stainless steel hardware contributes to its durability. The design includes mounting bosses that enable panel attachment, alongside threaded brass inserts in all bosses for compatibility with 10-32 screws. Its soft edge design features rounded edges, minimal protrusions, and protected pocket areas to prevent the buildup of dust and debris during assembly. Additionally, the configuration incorporates a bonded window made of precision routed flush bonded Super Abrasion Resistant acrylic material, enhancing visibility to the maximum.
