The Stahlin Diamond Shield Series Enclosures offer unique internal equipment management capabilites to increase user flexibility while allowing for utilization of every cubic inch of valuable internal enclosure space.

The "HLL" Configuration showcases a hinged design featuring 2 lockable link latches situated in the corners to optimize mounting space. Constructed from SolarGuard® hot compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, this design ensures robustness. A poured polyurethane seamless gasket is integrated to provide a watertight and dust-tight environmental seal. The use of 300 Series stainless steel hardware for external components enhances durability. The configuration is equipped with mounting bosses that enable panel attachment, along with threaded brass inserts in all bosses, compatible with 10-32 screws. Its soft edge design boasts rounded edges, minimal protrusions, and concealed pocket areas that prevent the accumulation of dust and debris during assembly. Furthermore, the configuration includes a bonded window crafted from precision routed flush bonded Super Abrasion Resistant acrylic material, contributing to maximum visibility.
