The Veris H800 Hawkeye is a solid-core fixed trip point current switch designed for monitoring status in various applications, such as unit vents, exhaust fans, recirculation pumps, and other fixed loads where belt loss is not a concern. Featuring a normally open contact type, an amp range of 0.25-200A, and a trip point of 0.25A or less, this switch offers reliability surpassing traditional relays across auxiliary contacts. It is particularly well-suited for direct-drive units, fan coil units, and exhaust fans. The low setpoint, with a minimum trip point as low as 0.25A, eliminates the need for multiple wraps of the conductor through the sensor, even on small loads. The removable mounting bracket provides installation flexibility, and its solid-core design enables quick retrofit installation.
