The ACI A/ASCS2-L is a versatile Split-Core Adjustable Trip Point Current Switch designed for AC current monitoring applications. With a Normally Open contact type and an amp range of 0-250A, it allows monitoring for equipment failure, preventative maintenance, status, and electrical load status. These current switches are suitable for various applications, including overload and underload conditions, normal operating conditions, broken belts, belt slippage, locked rotors, equipment failure, fans, pumps, and compressors. The switch is split-core being ideal for retrofit applications and service technician vehicles due to easy installation without disconnecting wires. The adjustable current switches can determine equipment run time and are compatible with building management systems or PLCs for basic load trending applications.
