The ACI A/MCS-A is a Solid-Core Mini-Adjustable Trip Point Current Switch designed for AC current monitoring applications, featuring a Normally Open (N/O) contact type, an adjustable amp range of 0.32-150A, and a trip point matching this range. With a contact rating of 1A @ 36VAC/VDC, this miniature switch is suitable for new installations or OEM applications with cost sensitivity and lower trip point requirements. The ACI A/MCS-A switch is applicable for monitoring normal, overload, and under load conditions, as well as detecting broken belts and electrical failures. The device, covered by a 5-year warranty, has specifications including a maximum AC voltage of 600 VAC, solid-core style, induced sensor power, isolation voltage of 2200 VAC, and a 0.53” (13.46 mm) aperture size.
