The ACI Transmitter Bullet Probe Series features Zero and Span adjustments for precise field calibration and is calibrated with NIST-certified equipment. For optimal performance, we recommend using 18 to 22 AWG shielded cable in all temperature transmitter installations to minimize noise interference on signal lines.
The sensor assemblies are constructed with a two-conductor, unshielded FEP/FEP plenum-rated cable and utilize ACI’s double encapsulation process. This ensures enhanced protection against moisture and provides faster response times, thanks to high-quality, thermally conductive epoxy.
