The Caleffi 200000 is a self-powered thermostatic control head with a built-in liquid-filled sensor, adjustable from 45 to 82°F (7 to 28°C). It threads onto a Caleffi thermostatic or convertible radiator valve body and holds room temperature at the dial setting without wiring, power supply or a controller.
Best for radiators with free air circulation around the valve, where the head itself can read room temperature accurately.

Self-Powered Operation
A liquid-filled element expands as the sensed temperature rises and throttles the valve closed. No wiring, transformer or controller is required.
Built-In Sensor
The sensing element is integral to the head. Use it where the valve is exposed to circulating room air, not behind a cover, in an alcove, behind curtains or in direct sunlight.
45 to 82°F Graduated Scale
Dial marked * through 5, spanning 45 to 82°F (7 to 28°C), so each room can be balanced to its own setpoint. Refer to the scale printed on the head for the intermediate positions.
Frost Protection
The * position holds the room at a 45°F (7°C) cut-in, protecting an unoccupied space over winter without leaving the valve fully open.
Restriction and Locking
The graduated dial can be range-restricted or locked at a commissioned setpoint using a screwdriver on the collar, and reset later without tools beyond the same screwdriver.
EN 215 Certified
Combined with the 220 and 221 series valve bodies the assembly is certified to UNI EN 215 and carries KEYMARK. Thermostatic Efficiency Label (TELL) Class I.

Where should the Caleffi 200000 not be installed?
Not in a niche or alcove, behind curtains, or in direct sunlight. In those positions the sensor reads a temperature that is not representative of the room. Use the 201000 remote sensor or the 472000 remote knob instead. Heads should be mounted horizontally.
Can the setpoint be locked?
Yes. Unlock the collar with a screwdriver at position 5, set the maximum or the fixed value, then re-lock. For public spaces the 209000 tamper-proof cap secures the knob with the 209001 key.
