PS3FX-C-D-N — PowerScout FLEX 3 Multi-Circuit Power Submeter
The Dent Instruments PS3FX-C-D-N is part of the PowerScout™ FLEX 3 family, DENT's next-generation three-channel multi-circuit submeter that replaces the PowerScout™ HD. The PS3FX-C-D-N measures voltage, current, power, energy, and a wide range of electrical parameters on any combination of single- and three-phase loads, making it well suited to tenant submetering, bi-directional (import/export) metering, and real-time energy monitoring across commercial and industrial facilities.
The PS3FX-C-D-N delivers revenue-grade performance with continuous 7.2 kHz sampling (no blind cycles), a 1-second parameter update rate, and ANSI C12.1-2024 Class 0.2 accuracy when paired with an appropriate CT. It supports both BACnet and Modbus, and every FLEX 3 model — including this PS3FX-C-D-N — provides RS-485 serial and 10/100 Ethernet as standard. Setup is handled through FLEXPoint™ PC software or the browser-based FLEXPoint™ GO web server, and DENT's patented PhaseChek™ circuitry confirms correct CT orientation during commissioning.
Housed in a self-contained wall-mounted ABS enclosure (UL 94-V0 ABS), the PS3FX-C-D-N is delivered in the Wall Mount Enclosure form factor. Warranty
DENT Instruments, Inc. warrants that PowerScout Series instruments and accessories are free from substantial defects in material and workmanship under normal use, given proper installation and maintenance, for 5 years (60 months) from the invoice date.
More broadly, DENT Instruments promises that any product it sells is free from material defects in design, materials, or manufacturing for the period shown on that product's current data sheet, beginning from the date of manufacture. This warranty does not extend to ordinary wear and tear, or to normally replaceable components such as batteries and humidity sensor elements.
Coverage & Remedy
During the warranty period, DENT Instruments may, at its sole option, repair, replace, service, or credit any product found to be defective and returned freight prepaid by the buyer, at no charge to the buyer for the warranty repair or replacement. Refurbished material may be used. DENT covers ground shipping for advance warranty replacements; if the customer requests expedited shipping, the customer pays the difference.
The warranty remains in effect provided the product: (1) was installed, operated, and maintained properly; (2) has not been abused or misused; (3) has not been repaired, altered, or modified outside of DENT Instruments' authorized facilities; and (4) was not sold subject to other warranty terms specified at the time of sale.

This warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is the sole and exclusive remedy. In no event will DENT Instruments be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or commercial losses, even if advised of the possibility. Correction of defects by repair, replacement, service, or credit at the seller's option constitutes fulfillment of all warranty obligations.
