The Stahlin Diamond Shield Series Enclosures offer unique internal equipment management capabilites to increase user flexibility while allowing for utilization of every cubic inch of valuable internal enclosure space.
The "HPL" Configuration is highlighted by its hinged design featuring 2 lockable pull latches located in the corners to optimize mounting space. Crafted from SolarGuard® hot compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, this configuration ensures durability. It incorporates a seamless gasket made of poured polyurethane that guarantees a tight seal against water and dust. The external hardware is constructed from 300 Series stainless steel for enhanced longevity. With mounting bosses facilitating panel attachment, and threaded brass inserts integrated into all bosses to accommodate 10-32 screws, this design offers robust versatility. Its soft edge design ensures rounded edges, minimal protrusions, and protected pocket areas, preventing the accumulation of dust and debris during assembly.
