The Stahlin Diamond Shield Series Enclosures offer unique internal equipment management capabilites to increase user flexibility while allowing for utilization of every cubic inch of valuable internal enclosure space.
The "W" Configuration showcases a robust design comprising 4 Cover Screws accompanied by an Opaque Lift-Off Cover. Crafted from SolarGuard® hot compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, this configuration ensures durability. A seamless gasket made of poured polyurethane guarantees a watertight and dust-tight seal. The absence of protruding surfaces is achieved through recessed screws, while 300 Series stainless steel hardware is employed for external components. The inclusion of mounting bosses enables panel attachment, and threaded brass inserts are integrated into all bosses to accommodate 10-32 screws (with 10-24 screws for the cover). The design is enhanced by soft edges, minimizing protrusions and exposed areas to prevent the accumulation of dust and debris during assembly.
