The Caleffi Z40F is a complete 2-way motorized zone valve assembly featuring an inverted flare valve body and a Z111000 normally closed spring-return actuator. It includes two NA10006 adapter fittings for convenient installation and compatibility with existing system connections. The assembly provides reliable on/off control for hydronic heating and cooling systems, combining precision flow control with dependable actuation.
The Z40F is UL873, cULus Listed, and CE certified, meeting UL 1995 section 18 requirements for air plenums and ducts. The spring-return actuator closes the valve automatically when power is removed and includes a built-in SPST auxiliary microswitch for interlock or feedback applications. Constructed from durable brass with EPDM seals and a stainless steel stem, this valve ensures reliable operation in hydronic environments.
