The Caleffi Z45 is a 2-way motorized zone valve assembly designed for hydronic heating and cooling systems. It combines a 3/4" sweat connection brass valve body with a Z111000 normally closed spring-return actuator to deliver dependable on/off flow control. The valve automatically closes when power is removed, providing safe and efficient zone isolation.
This valve assembly is UL873, cULus Listed, and CE certified, meeting UL 1995 section 18 requirements for air plenums and ducts. It features a stainless steel stem, EPDM rubber seals, and a brass body for long-term reliability. The actuator includes a built-in SPST auxiliary microswitch for control feedback or system interlock applications.
