The Caleffi Z45PL is a 2-way motorized zone valve assembly combining a 1" G thread male union valve body with (1) NA16265L and (1) NA16265 press fitting, paired with a Z111000 normally closed spring-return actuator. Designed for hydronic heating and cooling systems, this valve delivers reliable on/off control and easy integration into modern press-fit piping configurations.
This assembly is UL873, cULus Listed, and CE certified, meeting UL 1995 section 18 requirements for air plenums and ducts. The spring-return actuator automatically closes the valve when power is removed for fail-safe operation. It includes a built-in SPST auxiliary microswitch for control feedback or interlock circuits. The brass valve body, stainless steel stem, and EPDM seals ensure durability and long service life in hydronic systems.
