The ACI A/DLP-010-W-U-N-A-0 is a differential low pressure transmitter built around a piezoresistive silicon sensing element, with up to 8 DIP-switch-selectable pressure ranges (0-1 to 0-10 in WC) configurable as either unidirectional or bidirectional. Field-selectable analog outputs include 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10 VDC, all on the same unit. +/-0.5% FSO typical accuracy (including hysteresis, linearity, and repeatability at 71 F), front-cover pushbutton zero for in-place re-zeroing, and a flame-retardant polycarbonate enclosure with watertight cordgrip and hinged cover. The accessories-free configuration is the lowest-cost entry point in the DLP family. Add the optional A/PT-DLP pitot tube or A/DRC-DLP DIN rail clip separately if needed.

Key Features

8-Range, 3-Output DIP Configuration

Each unit supports up to 8 field-selectable pressure ranges via the SW3 DIP switch (0-1 to 0-10 in WC both unidirectional and bidirectional), plus 3 selectable output signals (4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC) via SW1 and SW3. One part number covers many job requirements.

Piezoresistive Silicon Sensing

Solid-state silicon element with +/-0.5% FSO typical accuracy (hysteresis, linearity, and repeatability at 71 F included). Thermal effects are +/-0.067% FSO/F (0.12% FSO/C). Low warm-up drift, low long-term drift, stable across the 32-122 F compensated range.

Front-Panel Pushbutton Zero

Press-and-hold the SW2 ZERO button for 3+ seconds with no pressure applied to either port to re-zero the unit. Cancels installation offsets and long-term stress-relaxation drift in the silicon sensor element. Recommended periodically for highest accuracy.

Flexible Mounting Options

Direct panel-screw mount via two top/bottom flange holes (two #8 x 3/4 in self-drilling screws included), or add the optional A/DRC-DLP 35 mm DIN rail clip. The A/PT-DLP duct-static pitot tube can be added later for in-duct airflow measurement.

Rugged Watertight Enclosure

Flame-retardant polycarbonate housing with UL94-5VA rating (more stringent than V-0). Watertight cordgrip pre-installed for the field wiring entry; the cordgrip can be removed to accept 1/2 in NPT conduit fittings instead. Hinged cover with integrated locking tab opens easily without tools.

Robust Overpressure Protection

Proof pressure: 350 in WC (87.12 kPa). Burst pressure: 550 in WC (136.9 kPa). The piezoresistive sensor tolerates significant overpressure events well above the maximum 10 in WC sensing range - protects against duct surge, fan startup transients, and accidental high-pressure mis-plumbing.

What pressure ranges does the A/DLP-010-W-U-N-A-0 support?
This SKU supports 8 field-selectable ranges via the internal DIP switch. Unidirectional options: 0-1 in WC, 0-2 in WC, 0-5 in WC, 0-10 in WC. Bidirectional options: +/-1 in WC, +/-2 in WC, +/-5 in WC, +/-10 in WC. In bidirectional mode, 0 in WC corresponds to 50% of the output range (12 mA, 2.5 V, or 5 V depending on output selection). The maximum sensor capability for this part is 10 in WC.
How do I change the pressure range or output signal?
Power off the unit first - DIP switch changes are not recognized when power is on. Open the hinged front cover using the integrated locking tab. SW1 selects output mode (Vout for VDC, mA for 4-20 mA). SW3 has 5 positions: positions 1 and 2 select the pressure range; position 3 selects pascals or inches WC (LCD models only); position 4 selects 5 V or 10 V output (for VDC mode); position 5 selects unidirectional or bidirectional. Set all switches, then power on. Refer to the installation manual Figure 9 for the exact switch positions for each range.
How and when should I zero the transmitter?
Disconnect tubing from both H (high) and L (low) brass fittings so no pressure is applied to either port. Press and hold the SW2 ZERO button for 3+ seconds. Re-zeroing is recommended before installation and periodically thereafter to compensate for stress-relaxation offset drift over time. Do NOT press zero with pressure applied - results will be incorrect.
Does this version have a display?
No - this is the non-LCD (N) variant. All configuration is performed via the internal DIP switches with the cover open, and the analog output signal (4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, or 0-10 VDC) is the only feedback to the controller. If you need on-board pressure readout for commissioning or troubleshooting, see the LCD variant A/DLP-010-W-U-D-A-0 at the same range. The internal sensor and electronics are otherwise identical.
How do I install the pitot tube and DIN rail clip?
Both are sold separately for this SKU. The A/PT-DLP pitot tube has a threaded end - slip the rubber washer over the threads (keeping it close to the threaded end), fasten the pitot into the threaded insert on the back of the enclosure, then press the washer against the enclosure to seal. Move the silicone tubing from the H barb fitting to the pitot tube barb (leaving the H fitting open to atmosphere). The A/DRC-DLP DIN rail clip screws to the back of the enclosure with the two included screws. If you want both pre-installed from the factory, order A/DLP-010-W-U-N-A-3 instead.
How do I wire the transmitter?
Use 16-24 AWG twisted-pair or shielded cable. Each unit has 4-wire push-button spring terminal blocks: V+ (red), COM (black), VOUT (white), and IOUT (yellow). For 4-20 mA (2-wire VDC loop): use V+ and IOUT only. For 4-20 mA (3-wire VAC): use V+, COM, and IOUT. For 0-5 or 0-10 VDC: use V+, COM, and VOUT. Ground the shield only at the controller end to prevent ground loops. ACI recommends an isolated UL-listed Class 2 transformer when powering with 24 VAC. When sharing power with relay or solenoid coils, place an MOV, transorb, or flyback diode across each inductive load to prevent voltage spikes.
