When to Specify the BSD120CLM — Clear Hinged Lockout Lid
The BSD120CLM adds a clear hinged cover over the mushroom operator that can be padlocked or sealed. The clear lid allows visual inspection of the operator state without opening the cover. Specify when accidental actuation protection is required, when lockout/tagout procedures apply to the boiler shut-down station, or when code requires the station to be sealable for inspection purposes.

Contact Block Selection — PILNCCB vs. PILNOCB
Contact blocks are ordered separately. The PILNCCB (normally closed) opens the circuit when the button is pushed — the standard configuration for boiler shut-down where pushing breaks the control circuit. The PILNOCB (normally open) closes the circuit when pushed. Order the contact type that matches your control circuit design. Contact blocks accept up to 10 AWG wiring.
