The BSD120SD uses a deeper enclosure than the standard BSD120, providing capacity for up to 15 contact blocks. Specify when the boiler shut-down station must simultaneously switch a large number of control circuits — such as complex industrial installations requiring independent shut-down of multiple burners, fuel trains, fans, pumps, and interlocks from a single station. The 12A @ 120VAC / 10A @ 24VDC rating provides increased capacity over the standard model.

Contact Block Selection — PILNCCB vs. PILNOCB
Contact blocks are ordered separately. The PILNCCB (normally closed) opens the circuit when the button is pushed — the standard configuration for boiler shut-down where pushing breaks the control circuit. The PILNOCB (normally open) closes the circuit when pushed. Order the contact type that matches your control circuit design. Contact blocks accept up to 10 AWG wiring.
